- Christ bearded and nimbate, wearing tunic and kolobion, seated facing upon throne without back; in left hand book of Gospels, right hand raised in bebediction; pellet in each limb of nimbus cross

- Full-length figure of Manuel standing, bearded, facing, on left; on right, Virgin nimbate, standing,facing, crowning emperor with right hand, left raised in bebdiction. Emperor wears stemma, divitision, collar-piece, and jewelled loros of simplified type; holds in right hand labarum-headed sceptre and in left, globus crucifer; Virgin wears tunic and maphorion; Emperor’s loros waist has 5 pellets, with one jewel on loros between waist and collarpiece, which has three jewels. Two borders of dots.
