- Full Artifact Description
- Pitcher. Mold-blown and expanded, of transparent olive-green glass. High-bellied, pear-shaped body with faint pattern of vertical ribs slightly twisted on lower half of body. Top of shoulder flat, neck columnar, funnel mouth, plain rim. Bottom small and flat. Ribbon handle attached at shoulder, folded under rim and up against top of rim and over the coil added around top of mouth below rim. Another trail added around lower part of neck. Flat, uneven ring base added with faint impressed diagonal lines. Handle and trails all of opaque “black” glass. Many bubbles, white weathering on body.
