Full Artifact Description
Fragment of inlay in fan shape of opaque red-brown cast glass with opaque white cane
inclusions; made in mosaic technique in imitation of porphyry. Top surface is pitted,
bottom dirt incrusted. The bottom of the “fan” broken away. The original shape may
have been pie or wedge-shaped.
