- Full Artifact Description
- Bracelet fragment made of translucent green glass that is rectangular in section with an inlaid design on the outer surface. Alternating, oblique stripes of black and white glass run along the outer edges of the bracelet’s surface. Two additional stripes of alternating black and white glass are joined to form a chevron patter which runs transversely along the center of the bracelet’s surface. Red and yellow stripes of glass undulate along the surface of the central stripe of chevrons in a somewhat random and punctuated pattern. The chevron pattern is interrupted in sections. Small inclusions can be seen on the outer surface of the bracelet. A pinkish red residue is visible on the interior surface of the bracelet. Both the exterior and interior surfaces appear dulled, possibly due to weathering and/or wear.
