- Full Artifact Description
- Bracelet fragment made of translucent green glass that is rectangular in section. The bracelet has an exterior coating of opaque turquoise glass with an inlaid design. Alternating black and white glass chevrons form two stripes which run along the outer edges of the turquoise surface. An additional stripe of black and white glass chevrons runs transversely through the center of the turquoise surface. Red and yellow stripes of glass undulate along the surface of the central stripe of chevrons in a somewhat random and punctuated pattern. Small inclusions can be seen on the outer surface of the bracelet; yellowish brown discoloration is also evident. The interior surface of the bracelet appears to be dulled and a pinkish red residue is also visible, possibly due to weathering and/or wear.
