Large and small fragments of porphyry, granite and various marbles mostly in shades of green though some tiny yellow and apricot-colored ones on a ground of shattered grey-green.
Breccia verde d’Egitto. Roman name: Lapis hecatontalithos (stone of a hundred rocks). From Wadi Hammâmât, Egypt.
