Full Artifact Description
Harpocrates, nude, and seated with left forefinger to lip, looks to right and teases duck with bunch of grapes (?) which he holds up with his right hand. Duck, shown in side view o right of Harpocrates, extends neck over Harpocrates’ right knee toward the grapes. High rectangular base indicated front plane only. Back rounded and unindicated. Reddish brown clay (Muns. 5 YR 5/3) moulded hollow and sealed at sides. Circular vent back. Bottom oval and open.
