- Hard brownish red clay, polished. Long rounded nozzle has raised ridge about wick hole wick extends down neck forming channel and continues about discus. Small round hole in neck. Nozzle end chipped. Plain sloping rim has two solid knobs nearer nozzle than back. No handle. Plain sunk discus. Two grooves on base ring. Raised stamp. FORTIS
