Full Artifact Description
Buff clay with reddish-brown glaze. End of nozzle restored up to flanking volutes. Small air hole in neck. Narrow plain rim and single circular groove separating it from discus. Discus cemented in place and does not seem to belong to this lamp. Rhinoceros to right in center of discus. Back of lamp and handle restored. Triangular attachment is ancient and may belong to this lamp. Decorated with palmette pattern. Base ring set off by grooves.
