- Gray micaceous clay with worn black glaze. Large “Ephesus” type lamp. End of long nozzle missing. Three molded lines of neck end in volute at either side of base. Floral design (?) on either sloping side of nozzle. Double concave body. Raised design on either side of rim, beginning from base of nozzle, bucranium, three sections of ovule pattern, then row of double spirals. Raised rim about plain center with large filing hole. Broad band handle broken, was added separately and covered part of rim design. Raised base.
