- Hard brick red clay; polished. End of long nozzle missing, groove in neck with small stamped circle at either end. Plain sloping rim has three pierced knobs at equal distances (one broken). Ridge about plain sunk discus. Small round hole in discus at base of nozzle. Base ring has two grooves. Raised stamp FORTIS.
- Marks: Blackened about wick hole.
