Full Artifact Description
Hard brick red clay with darker red slip. Rounded nozzle with large wick-hole, broad channel leads to discus. Incised rays on rim set off by groove on either side. Raised band on either side of channel carried around discus to handle. Small stamped circle at base of handle, and at neck of nozzle. Rosette of six petals about central filling hole of depressed discus. Solid knob-like handle with single groove, top chipped off. On circular concave reverse are two stamped circles. Three grooves from base of handle to base.
