Health is good; remains on detachment duty at Camp Stoneman. "They" are reorganizing the camp soon and if detailed, Henry will remain through the winter. If not, he should be able to return to his regiment. Excitement over the draft has all but ended. Soldiers' health is good excepting an epidemic in the Shenandoah Valley--especially ravaging the Rebels.
