Pride thou'rt an inflexible tyrant 8 P.M at Bowery—saw a new five act [sic five-act] Play, entitled, "Retribution" written by George Bennet [sic Bennett] , an English actor. Without being strikingly original in either language or plot it is, nevertheless, a very good acting Play, and made quite a hit. Wallack played the hero, ' [sic "] Blackbourne," well, and was called out after the fourth act
