SIXTr -- As indicated in my latter announcing this meeting, I believe we must divide thi-s huge and varied responsibilities of this Committee into workable groupings, and divide ourselves into some sort of subcommittee to permit fully effective use of our efforts and backgrounds. To provide some further basis for making your decision on which group seems best for each of you, after considerable study the staff people have come up with the following suggestions as to method of organization. Each of you would be asked to indicate in the order of your preference and abilities, which of the groups indicated, plus any other or different ones we decide on today, that you feel you could help the most. Your particular interest or background may involve only one or two particular subjects within a group. For example, you may have great expeice in Lousing, but none at all vith others unier the aae group heading.
