Labbey; - L'Amour photographe; - Commemorative Plaquette of the Erection of the Formigny Monument; - Commemorative Plaquette of the Erection of a statue of the Connetable de Richemont at Vannes. LEE, AMBROSE (Brit.). Bluemantle Pursuivant. Prepared the design for the counter seal of the Chancellor of the Exchequer. LEE, SIDNEY (Brit.). Styled as Medallist in the Catalogue of the Royal Academy Exhibition for I888, where he showed a Design for a medallion to be given for preservation of life. He was then residing at Prestwich, near Manchester. LEECH, EDWARD O. (AAmer.). Appointed Director of the Mint, United States of North America, October, I889. LEEMPUT, CORNELIS VAN (Flera.).
