The Negro's church,.

88 The Negro's Church for us. Mothers and fathers haven't got time to pray and yet they expect God to help them. Go back to the knee way. The hard times that are coming, the misunderstanding, they come because of a lack of prayer. Go back to prayer and God will fight your battle! If a man's ways please God, he can be awake at the hour of midnight with a smile on his face and solve the problems and he will defeat those who try to retard his progress. He simply kneels down and tells God about his problems and God will solve it. GOD THOUGH OMNIPOThNT EXPECTS US TO DO SOMETHING There is one song I love and some Christians hide behind it. "Jesus paid it all." That does not mean that there is nothing for us to do because Jesus paid it all. It simply means that Jesus paid all that He was obligated to pay, but not that which we are obligated to pay. Jesus has not done our part and there is a part.for you and a part for me to do. And God is not going to send His son down here to do our part. All of us have work to do. This church may not be what God wants it to be. And if He wanted to He could blow his breath and get rid of the trash and rubbish that is in the visible church, but He wants us to do that. That is our work. GOD IS CREDITOR We are indebted to God for creation. You may describe creation from the evolutionary point of view but we are indebted to God for creating us; not only that, but we are indebted to God for saving us, when we were lost in sin, before Moses cried from the bulrushes; and in due time Jesus came bearing the cross and brought salvation into the world. We are indebted to God for giving his son, also for the day and night, for permitting us to rise and face a new day each morning. There is nothing that we can do without God, not even eat without the assistance of God. We see by this time that we have quite a large account for which we are indebted. The next question is how much do we owe? If you will look about you, you will see that we have different talents. God wants us to use these to benefit humanity. Some of us have one talent and some of us have many talents. I want you to put them into use to benefit humanity. How are we
