Liberate to Ellis Barbe, citizen of Bordeaux, 781. 15s. for 15 tuns of wine bought of him at Whitsand by John de Suwerk, and 1101. for 50 tuns bought of him by John de Gisorc', king's chamberlain, and to Raymond Makayn 1501. for 68 tuns bought of him by the same John (sic), receiving from them the king's letters patent witnessing to the said money. Liberate to Isabel de Crohun the king's sister 50 marks for Easter term in the 39th year of her yearly fee of 100 marks. Allocate to Roger de Cobham, sheriff of Kent, 22s. spent in purchase of dishes for the king against Christmas in the' 39th year. April 30. Liberate to Peter de Monte Forti 35 marks which he lent by the Westminster. hands of Stephen Baucean in Gascony to Geoffrey de Burlemunt on his fee when he went on the king's errand to Spain. Liberate to John de Laufare 101. for Easter term in the 39th year of the yearly fee of 201. granted to him to maintain himself in the king's service. Liberate to Master Gilbert de Millers 25 marks for Easter term last of his yearly fee of 50 marks. Liberate to the same Gilbert and to Stephen de Salines 50 marks for their expenses in going on the king's errand beyond seas. Liberate to Raymond Guntaut 100 marks of an imprest made to the king in Gascony; to Amaneus de la Roke 200 marks for his losses of the castle of Neyrak; to William Segyn of Ryuns 241. 15s. 8d. arrears of his wages; to the preceptor and brethren of the Hospital of Roquebrune 1001. for their losses; to the preceptor and brethren of the Hospital of St. Anthony of Pondaurat (Ponte Deaurato) 50 marks for their losses; to Bernard, count of Astarac, 60 marks of his fee of 30 marks for the 38th and 39th years; to Bernard, count of'Comminges, 1151. 16s. 8d. arrears of his wages, and 2001. of his fee of 1001. for Easter terms in the 38th and 39th years; to Geoffrey de Nyoyl and his comrades, knights, 181. 12d. for their wages and 10 marks of the king's gift; to Peter, viscount of Tartays, 471. 11s. 4d. arrears of his wages, 261. 13s. 4d. for keeping the castle of Ste.-Croix, and 401. for loss of 5 horses; to John de Sordes and Peter Ern' 20 marks for a horse bought of him (sic); [to John Petri of Pampilon 10 marks for the like] *; to Eymus Cruse of Pampyllun 25 marks for the like; to Bernard de Huntet, Hugh de * Interlined.
