Cokham and Braye, in the farm thereof, 73s. 10-d. spent in repairing a bay of the stew in the park of Windesores. By the queen. To the said Godfrey. Contrabreve to repair the king's buildings in the park of Windesores and the hedge around it as far as is necessary out of the farm of the manors above named, the cost to be credited by view. By the queen. To the sheriff of Surrey. Contrabreve to pay 2d. daily to Ellis Maunsel from Michaelmas in the 37th year till Easter following for keeping the king's park of Geudeford. To Godfrey de Lyston, keeper of the king's manor of Kenyton. Contrabreve to pay 25s. to the king's chaplain of Kenyton for his wages during the above period. April 22. To the sheriff of Lincoln. Contrabreve to carry William de Windsor. Sauncton, taken and detained in the prison of Stanford, whom the bailiffs of Stanford will deliver, to London with all speed under a sure guard for delivery to the keeper of the king's gaol of Neugate, who is commanded to receive him and keep him safely till further orders. Liberate to Ralph de Bakepuz 101. for Easter term in the 38th year of the 101. granted to him yearly till the king shall make more abundant provision to maintain himself in his service. His yearly term is at Easter. By writ of the king. Liberate to William le Ruter, king's carpenter, his liveries of 3d. daily for the same term. Quia elemos'. May 1. Allocate to Simon de Eltesdon, sheriff of Bedeford and Bukingeham, in the issues of those counties, 14s. spent in purchase of partridges, hares, and fowls for the queen in his bailiwick against the last feast of St. Edward, and in carrying them to her at Westminster. By the queen. Allocate to Alan la Zuche, justice of Chester, in the farm of the county, 161. spent in purchase of 100 salmon in his bailiwick for the queen last Lent, and in carriage thereof to her together with 24 pike (liciorum) which (quas) he took in the king's stews and meres (maris) in the county.
