Fellowship and Community Activities 167 the facilities available to Negro children in parks, playgrounds, supervised recreation and homes are very inadequate. It seems quite possible for the church to reduce delinquency by helping to bring about the purification of neighborhoods in which protected vice is permitted. Many of these neighborhoods produce an alarmingly high percentage of juvenile delinquency.
