Cf. a-ba-da-pe,~ = ga-ba-da-pe~, CT XV rev. 13 and rev. 2 f. 7. dam 'husband, wife'I (without gender), is from the root gim I'to beget'1, bang~ a=im > dim. The classical form for mtitu and a,~atu should be gam. 8. For a-silim == " holy water,,, cf.- ama galu-tur-ra-ge a-silim gar-ra-am = the mother of the sick man prepared healing water ', Gudea, Cyl. B. 4. 18. En-mul and Nin-mul follow Ea and Damkina in SBP 150, 7. 9. na-anct; one expects an-na!
