Blumvil, taken and detained in the king's prison of Gipewyc for the recent robbery of the wife of Eudo de Shelfangr', king's serjeant, to London under a sure guard for delivery to the keeper of the king's gaol of Neugate, who is ordered to receive him and keep him there safely till further orders. By C. Allocate to John de Hanneberge, bailiff of Wodestok, in the issues of his bailiwick, 12s. spent in carriage of venison from Wodestok to Portesmuth. By the queen. April 9. To Godfrey de Lyston. Contrabreve to pay to four serjeantsWindsor. at-arms dwelling in garrison in the castle of Windesores their wages of 9d. each daily from Michaelmas in the 37th year till Easter following. Contrabreve to take Eustace Duniger, accused (rettatum) of the recent robbery of the wife of Roger the king's tailor at Hallingebur', as the king marvels exceedingly that he has dismissed him on bail; and to carry him and others taken and detained in the king's prison of Cauntebr' for that robbery to London under a sure guard for delivery to the keeper of the king's gaol of Newegate who is commanded to receive them and keep them safely till further orders. Contrabreve to bring John de Ichinton the king's approver, taken and detained in the king's prison of Warr', and John de Hodenhull, William le Hert, and Richard le Mercer, whom he appeals of complicity in robbery, to Neugate in safety for delivery to the keeper of the gaol there. Contrabreve to make purveyance Windsor. against the queen's voyage of 60 quarters of coal, 100 cartloads of brushwood, 20 quarters of salt, 30,000 eggs, 1000 pounds of suet (sagiminis) and lard, 1000 ells of canvas, 30 dozen chickens, 30 dozen fowls, 40,000 dishes, 100 cakes (gatis), 100 gallons of vinegar, 4,000 of cummin (? cygminorum), 60 quarters of flour, 30,000 horseshoes (? ferrorum), and 60,000 (clavorum de Wauz). To William de Wylton, keeper of the lands late of W. de Ferrariis, formerly earl of Derby. Contrabreve to take 100 bucks and 10 bulls in the forests and parks late of the earl, and carry them to the queen without delay together with 40 swans of the stock which was the earl's.
