Allocate to William de Horsenden, bailiff of the Peak, in the issues of that bailiwick, 61. delivered to Philip and Richard de Caundovere, king's huntsmen, for their expenses in the 36th yea'r. June 25. Allocate to William de Tynhide, sheriff of Wilts, in the farm of Southwick. his county, 15s. spent in purchase of peacocks against the feast of St. Edward in the 37th year. To the sheriff of Salop and Stafford. Contrabreve to pay 101. to Griffin de Brunfeud for Easter term in the 37th year of 201. granted to him yearly. To the sheriff of Nottingham. Contrabreve to spend all the issues for a full year, as well of the counties of Notingeham and Dereby as of the farms thereof, by view and testimony of lawful men in finishing the works of the king's castle at Notingeham. Allocate to the sheriff of Oxford and Berks, in the issues of the last eyre in those counties, 201. delivered in the wardrobe at Suwik to P. Chaceporc on the Thursday after the Nativity of St. John the Baptist in the 37th year. Liberate without delay to John Ruffaud, citizen of Bordeaux, 40s. for 2 tuns of prisage-wine bought of him in London by the hand of J. de Gisorc', chamberlain of London. To the sheriff of Kent. Contrabreve to buy a rent of 4d. in Canterbury and assign it to the elect and convent of St. * In margin. Quia aliter inferius.
