Hors Guards 5th. September 1774 Sir I take the first opportunity of acquainting you that Mr. Cramake has transmitted to me the Several Papers enumerated in the Schedule herewith inclosed; which I shall forthwith communicate to the Sollicitor of the Treasury in order to his making the proper use of them in defending the Suit commenced against You by Major Rogers. Messrs: Morgan desire me to present their best Compliments; and I have the honor to be with much truth and regard Sir Your most Obedient and most humble Servant Charles Gould His Excellency 2d: &c &c The Honble General Gage
