Pr The Information of Thigh Williamson Doctor of Physie lately arrived from Boston in North America, taken before the Lords of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council the Nineteenth day of February 1771. who, being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelists, deposeth and saith th th That on the Nor 13th of November 1773he arrived at Boston from Rhode Island, with the purpose of proceeding in the first Vessel for London. That being told the Inhabitants were assembled in Town Mecting, he went to the Public Hall, for the sake of gratifying his Curiosity by observing, whether it was a rade Collection of the lower Class of People, or an orderly Assembly of respectable Citizens. That he had been told the expected Tea was the occasion of their Meeting and that there had been already one or two Mectings on the same subject. That in a few minutes after he entered the Hall, some Gentlemen, who were said to be Select Men, came in with a letter from some of the Sea Consignies. That the letter was read by the
