- Interpretations
- 2012-07-26 - Claudia Melisch: Cut of unknown function, due to partial excavation; only small section extended beyond our limit of excavation. It's possible this was a grave cut, and the skeleton lies just to the north, but this seems unlikely as the bottom of the cut consists of large, irregular stones, actually very similar to the quarry debris just to the east. Alternatively this may be the cut of some sort of posthole, for a somewhat large timber support.

- Cut Observations
- Uncertain how much of cut is exposed. Fill is less compact, but otherwise similar to surrounding soil. Bottom of cut is layer of large stones. Depth may not be original; cut could have orginated higher up. Length ca. 82 cm, width ca. 33 cm, depth ca. 42 cm.
