- Pulverulence on pileus fine, visible as fine, soft dots. Stipe reddish-pulverulent at middle, white above and below. Gills attached to the stipe and there aforked; nearly all of full length, dimidiate ones joined to their long neighbors at the stipe; fairly close; markedly venose between the gills; no short, marginal gills.
