Memo randum
Would recommend that rooms in Upper Pyne
occupied by Lieut. Cassell and Lieut. Boyette be
thoroughly cleansed with a carbolic solution (1-20).
The bedding be hung in the open air for 24 hours, the
doors closed and the wind.ows opened for 24 hours.
