Title: The araignment [sic] and impeachment of Major Generall Massie, Sir William Waller, Col. Poyntz, Sir Philip Stapleton, Sir Iohn Maynard, Ant. Nichols, and one Cheisly, the Scotch Secretary, (lately taken at sea by the Vice-Admirall) with dives [sic] other surreptitious members of the Commons in Parliament, the Court of Aldermen, and Common Councell of the City of London; as namely Col. Sutton, Major Banes, Cap. Cox, now in safe custody, and other citizens of meaner ranke and quality of the Presbyterian faction. With a fresh discovery of their late treasonous plots, and horrid designes against the Parliament, the army, the famous City of London, and consequently of the whole kingdome, engaging them in a second cruell and bloudy warre. ... Also a thankfull remembrance of the late successe it hath pleased the Almighty to confer upon our ever renowned generall, Sir Thomas Fairfax, and his Councell of War, against that viperous brood of rigid Presbyters.
