II. Filing of Bills.

EVery Bill upon a Subpoena retornable immediate, is to be filed before the said issuing of the said Writ, and upon a Subpoena retornable on a day certain, the Bill to be filed with∣in two days after the day of the Retorn; and all others on com∣mon Retorns, to be filed within four days after the last day of such Retorn.
