XV. Second Insufficient Answer.

THat every Defendant put∣ting in a Second Insuffi∣cient Answer, * 1.1 shall pay double Costs, as if the first Answer had upon hearing been adjudged insufficient. Every Defendant putting in a third Insufficient

Answer, * 1.2 shall in like manner pay treble Costs: And every Defen∣dant putting in a fourth Insuffi∣cient Answer, * 1.3 shall pay such further Costs, as the Court shall think fit, to the Plaintiff, or his Attorney in Court, and shall stand committed to the Fleet, and be examined upon Interro∣gatories.
