¶ They ben surely in grete peryl that ben set in hygh rome of gouernaunce. For the hygher the degree be / the more peryllous is the fall. For more shall be requi∣red of them that done receyue moche / than of them that lytell haue receyued. A grete ieoperdy to answe∣re for the lyfe of other persones / and theyr owne bothe And a grete labour and charge / to prouyde for all ne∣cessaryes. And so is it bothe ieoperdy / labour & charge vnto the soueraynes to satysfye all partyes / bothe in spirytuall thynges and temporall. And so to cure and hede themselfe / that they be not neglygent of theyr subiectes. And so agayne to thynke vpon them / that they forgete not themselfe. And so to mynystre tem∣poralytees / that in no wyse they waxe colde and dull in spirytualytees.
