The dose is ℥ vij. to lb j. in the morning four hours before meat. The form thereof is thus prescribed, ℞. of Whey q. s. boyl it gently and strain it, and in one pinte thereof bruise over night the leaves, &c. strain it in the morning, adding ℥ j. of white sugar, take it in the morning four hours before meat, every day, continuing a moneth together.
