Agaricke purgeth primarily Flegme, and Viscuous humours from the breast, mesentery and stomach; and also from remote parts, as from the Brain, Nerves, Muscles,* 1.1 Li∣ver, Spleen, Reins, Womb, and Joynts. It provokes the courses in Women, killeth Worms, is profitable against the Jaundise, Ar∣thriticall paines, Falling sicknesse, Quartaine A∣gue, Stopping of the Ʋrin, and Diuturnall, or long continued Agues, by purging away the offensive matter. It is good against venome, and all flegmatick Diseases, and takes away the pale colour in women, caused by the staying of their courses. It helpeth to cure the Dropsie, Hip-Gout, Cough, Shortnesse of breath, and Consumption of the Lungs, Spit∣ting
