to the Sheriffe of Middlesex, greet∣ing,

whereas A.B. was lately summoned to be before us in the upper Bench at Westminster, to answer C.D. in a Plea of taking and uniustly detaining of the Goods and Chattells of the said C.D. and the said A.B. appearing

in the Court before us in the upper Bench at Westminster, the said C. D. made default, for which it was considered of in the said Court, that the said A. B. should have Return of his goods, and chattells aforesaid, therefore we command you that without delay, you cause to be returned to the said A. B. the goods and chat∣tells aforesaid, and not deliver them at the complaint of the said C.D. without our Writ aforesaid, making ex∣presse mention of the said Judgement, and as this Pre∣cept shall be executed, you certifie to us in the upper Bench, in eight dayes of the Purification of the blessed Virgin Mary, wheresoever we shall then be in England, together with this VVrit,
