A Recognizance to give in Evidence.

MEmorandum, quod 5 to. die, &c. venit coram me. T. C. uno Justic. &c. M. H. de C, &c. et recognovit se debere dicto, &c. x. lb. legalis, &c. de bonis, et ca∣tallis,

&c. ad opus dicti Dom. Regis, hae∣red. et successor. suor. levand. si defec. in conditione indor sata.

THe Condition of this Recognizance is such, that whereas C. D. of Q. is suspected for stealing a cloak, of the goods, and Chattels, &c. If therefore the within-bounden M. H. shall, and do, at the next Goal-delivery to be holden in the said County, prefer, or cause to be framed, or preferred, one Bill of Indict∣ment of the said felony against the said C. D. and shall, & do then also give Evidence there, concerning the same, as well to the Jurors, that shall inquire of the said felo∣ny, as also unto them, that shall pass upon the Trial of the said C. D. that then this Recognizance, &c.
