Justiciariorum dicti Domini Regis, ad pa∣cem dicti domini Regis in Comitatu prae∣dicto conservandam, necnon ad diversa felo∣nia, Transgressiones, et alia malefacta in eodem Comitatu perpetranda, audiendum, et determinandū, assignatorum; et conjunctim, et divisim, cognoverunt se debere dicto Do∣mino Regi quadraginta libras de bonis, et catallis suis, ad opus dicti Domini Regis le∣vandas, sub Conditione Indorsata, viz.

THe Condition of this Re∣cognizance is such, that, if the within-bounden I. H. shall, and will personally appear at the next Quarter-Sessions, to be holden in the County of H. and shall, in the mean time, be of good behaviour towards our Sovereign Lord, the King, and all his people, that then this Recognizance to be void, and of none effect, or else to stand, remain, and be in full force, strength, and vertue.

A Release of the Good-behaviour, written under the Recognizance by the same Justice, or by some other.
