Justices, calling before us as well the said E. A. as also one G. T. of, &c. suspected to be the Father of the said childe, and there∣upon examining as well the said E. A. as the said G. do finde by the confession, and oath of the said E. and other Circum∣stances, appearing unto us, that the said E. is the true Mother of the said Bastard-childe, and that the said G. T. is the re∣puted Father of the same. And there∣fore, according to the Statute made in that behalf, we, the said Justices, do set down by these presents an Order, as well for the punishment of the said Mother, and reputed Father, as also for the find∣ing, and relief of the said Childe, &c.
