An Indenture between the Patron and Vicar.

VVItnesseth, That H. B. Patron of the Vicaridge of P. Have had and received before the Ensealing herof of VV: S: Clerk, Vicar of P, aforsaid the sum of &c. given unto me the said H. B. by him upon meer good will, and not by any promise or agreement to be paid by the said W. S. either directly or indirectly to me the said H. B. or to any other to my use before the Admission, Institution and Induction of the said W. S. wherupon I the said H. B. for me and my Heirs &c. do Covenant &c. to and with the said W. S. by these presents, that he

the said W. S. shall or may from time to time, and at all times hereaf∣ter during the term of his natural life peaceably and quietly, have, hold, and enjoy, the said Vicaridge of P. together with all Oblations, Ob∣ventions, Tithes, Glebe-Lands, Rights Profits and Appurt. to the same belonging, without any Let, Hinderance or Disturbance of me the said H. B. or of any other person or persons claiming, by from or under me the said H. B. or by my consent or procurement.

A Covenant that it shall continue discharged of Pencions, &c.
