A Letter of Attorney to surrender Copy-hold Lands.
BE it known unto all men by these presents, That I A: B: &c. have made ordained constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make ordain constitute and appoint, my trusty and wel-beloved Friends C. D. E. F. G. H. &c. my lawfull Attorneys and Attorney for me and in my name, by all lawfull waies and means joyntly and seve∣rally to surrender, according to the custom of the Mannor of R. in the County of S. All such Copy-hold Lands as I have within the Parish of S: pa••cel of the customary Lands of the said Mannor, and all my Estate Right Title Interest Claim Possession and Demand therin and therout, and in and to every part and parcel therof, to the use and behoof of R: B: his Heirs and Assigns for ever. And further giving and granting by these presents, that they, or any three, two, or one of them, shall and may do any other lawful act and acts whatsoever, concerning the Premisses, for the better effecting therof, as fully and amply, to all in∣tents and purposes, as I my self in person might do, ratifying and al∣lowing the same by these presents: In witness &c.
