the English begin at Mid-night; but the Astro∣nomers begin it at Mid-day, or Noon. An Ar∣tificial Day is from Sun-rising to Sun-setting: dif∣fers in length of equal Hours, according to the Sun's place in the Zodiack, and Latitude of the Region.
