The attaining of Riches.

The hand of the diligent maketh Rich; Prov. 10.4.

It is the Lord who giveth power to get wealth; Deut. 8.18.

The Lord maketh poor, and maketh Rich, he bringeth low, and lifteth up; 1 Sam. 2.7.

There is that maketh himself Rich, yet hath nothing, there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great Riches; Prov. 13.7.

Riches and honour come of God; 1 Chron. 29:12. Eccles. 5:19.

The blessing of the Lord it maketh Rich, and he addeth no sorrow unto it; Prov. 10.22. Job 42:12.

Solomon, by asking wisdom and knowledge of God, had it given him with abundance of Riches, Wealth, & Honour; 2 Chron. 1:12.

By humility and the fear of the Lord are Riches, and Honour, and Life; Prov. 22.4. Psal. 112:1, 3.

He that loveth pleasure, shall be a poor man, he that loveth Wine, and Oyle, shall not be Rich; Prov. 21:17.

By knowledge the chambers are filled with all precious and pleasant Riches; Pro. 24.4.
