Oliver, &c. To the Sheriff, Greeting, we command
you that you have before our Justices at Westminster, from the
day of St. Michael in 15. dayes, the bo∣dy of W. J. late of,
&c. whom by our command you have taken, and in your custody do
detain as your self to our Justices at Westminster, from the
day of the holy Trinity in 15. dayes last past, have returned to
answer R.S. in a Plea that he render to him fourty shillings which
to him he oweth, and unjustly detaineth as he saith, and have you there
this Writ, T. &c.
