Did not Christs when hee would not condemne the Ad∣ulteresse to death, Iohn 8. by that fact, disa∣lowe the seueritie of politicke punishments?

Surely no more then hee did disalowe the diuision of inheri∣tances, when hee would not diuide them betweene those two brethren, saying. Who made mee a Iudge or diuider a∣mongst you.
