Anemone latifolia flore pleno coccineo variegata.

THe broad-leaved double scarlet variegated Anemone hath small and something brown green leaves, a tall stalk, bearing a gallant large double flower, of a rich scarlet colour, and every leaf thereof finely striped and varigated with white: this far surpasseth any of the former, and was brought out of Flanders unto us, by the name of bell de Paris.
