Concerning Exceptions to a Masters Report.

Ordo Curiae.

THe Right Honourable the Lord Keeper taking notice of the trouble and loss of time to the Court, and expences and delay to the Suitors, occasioned by putting in Exceptions to Masters Reports, many of which do prove frivolous and vexatious, doth for the prevention thereof declare and order, That for the future, from this time, every person that shall put in Exceptions to a Masters Report, shall besides the 40 s. deposited upon ex∣hibiting the same, pay 10 s. farther Costs for every Exception or distinct branch of an Exception, which shall upon the hearing thereof be over-ruled.* 1.1
