L. Pleadings upon Personal Informa∣tions.
EVery Defendant appearing upon an Information, or Quo Warranto, except Informati∣ons of Seisure, is to plead to the same within four days of the next Term* 1.1 after his appearance to the same, or in default there∣of, Judgment by Nihil Dicit to be entred: And where a Defen∣dant being served with Process to appear to an Information, shall neglect to appear the same Term, and is taken upon Process of Contempt, retornable the fol∣lowing Term, he shall then Plead within four days after his ap∣pearance.* 1.2
