QUod superius dictum est substitutum Sempronio ei in Jus nominis succedere & haeredem provisionis esse. Sed de ea re ambigitur, & Quaeritur an Sempronio haeres esse possit, qui eo defuncto e vestigio a∣gere potest adversus debitores ex obligatione etiam sine alia aditione; licet ex inquisitione quindecemvirali (ut moris est) haud compertum & declaratum sit, eum Sempronio in ea re haeredem esse: accedit quod haeres succedit in universum Jus substitutus vero in isto nomine in rem unam & singularem & forte exilem?
