vice, &c. And Exception was taken to the Count, Because it was not shewed how the special Interest did begin; scil. by Pre∣scription, Composition, or otherwise; for it is clearly against com∣mon Right, and therefore that ought to be shewed. See Dyer, 13 Eliz. 229.
