℞. Extract of Aloes half a Pound, Rhu∣barb half an ounce,
Agarick trochisk'd two drachms, Cinnamon one drachm; make them into a Mass
with Syrup of Roses.
These Pills require no regiment at all, they purge gently, may
be taken at meals, or a little before eating, that the Aloes may gripe the
less. They are given to a drachm.
